Cancellation Policy

To cancel a scheduled appointment, please call us or log in to your account to cancel. We require at least 12 hours' notice prior to your appointment time. If proper notice is not provided, a cancellation fee will apply.

Arrival Policy

For a smooth check-in experience, we kindly ask guests to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Arriving early allows us to complete your check-in without delays and ensures you receive your full service time.
